Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Innovate Admin, we take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable virtual assistant support. We value open communication and always strive to ensure you're happy with the services provided. However, as a service-based business, time is a non-refundable resource. This policy outlines what to expect in terms of refunds and cancellations.

Hourly and Ad Hoc Services

  • All time-based services are billed for actual hours worked and are non-refundable.

  • If you’re dissatisfied with the service, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss a resolution.

Packages and Retainers

  • All retainer or package payments must be made in advance to secure your booking.

  • Once work has commenced, these services are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel a monthly retainer with 14 days’ written notice, and unused hours will not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delays or Missed Deadlines

  • If a deadline is missed due to circumstances on my end, We will work with you to offer a fair resolution — including possible partial credit toward future services.

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication, content, or approvals are not eligible for refunds or deadline adjustments.

Satisfaction Promise

  • We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction with delivered work, as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Open, respectful communication is encouraged throughout our working relationship — if something isn’t quite right, let’s chat about it.
